Updated 21/7/2020 This is a post with videos and text explaining how to play Skyblock Red and tips on how to make money.

    How to get started:

To get started you will need to do /is to create an island. This island starts off as a small island with a low tier cobblestone generator which can be upgraded later on. You will also start with a chest on your island with items such as farming material and cobblestone generator materials.

    Spawner system:

We have a different spawner system on Skyblock Red which uses a progression system and mob skulls. To view which spawners you can get you will need to do /skulls on the left side of the menu there are spawners which you only need money for and do not need to unlock these. On the right side the spawners are bought by unlocking them and spending money, to unlock a higher spawner on the right side you need to unlock all the ones before it. You will also need to collect a certain amount of mob skulls to unlock it, for example: to unlock the mooshroom spawners which is the first spawner on the right you need to get a certain amount of zombie skulls.

To put your skulls into progression you will need to do /smelter and you can also sell skulls you do not need/want anymore. To put them into progression you need to put them into the GUI and click the cauldron. To sell the skulls you need to put them into the GUI and click the sunflower.

Check out the video on Youtube here.

    Fishing:

As well as normal fishing, on Skyblock Red just like Skyblock Ultra we have a custom fishing system which you can get better rewards from and level up your fishing. To go to the fishing lake do /warp lake this is the only place this works. The higher your fishing level the better rewards you will get. You can get things like money, dirt, sand, ores and more.

Check out the video on Youtube here.

    Minions:

Minions are a great way to automatically kill mobs, mine at a cobblestone generator, cut down trees or farm.

Minions start off with a low range and no upgrades however you can upgrade them with money through right clicking the minion and going to the upgrade menu. You can upgrade things like the range, fortune, make it so they can collect xp and much more. Another part of the GUI is where you can sell the items or take them out. The final part of minions is feeding them, you need to keep your minions food up otherwise it will not work properly. You can feed your minion by right clicking it with food in your hand.

    Island types:

There are 9 different island types:

Classic: This is a normal island. Check it out here.
Custom: This is a normal island with a big tree. Check it out here.
Barebones: This is an island with a bit less dirt and less starting space. Check it out here.
Developed: This is a normal island but with a small farm area and a cobblestone generator already made for you. Check it out here.
Hardcore: This island is more for people who are looking for a challenge, you only start with a bedrock, dirt, a sign and a tree on your island with no chest. Check it out here.
Adventure: This island has a small starting platform with a cobblestone generator already built. You must make it to the island next to it to get to a tree. Check it out here.
Tilt: This is a normal island but with a twist, its sideways. Check it out here.
Upside down: This is a normal island, however its upside down. Check it out here.
Double-take: This is a mirror of the normal island so you have 2 islands connected together with 2 trees. Check it out here.

    Chunk Collectors:

Chunk Collectors are the best way to store items from your farms whilst you are AFK and sell it when you get back, however there is a tax system where the more items you have inside the Chunk Collector the more money it will tax you for.

Chunk Collectors in its original state with no upgrades will only collect in the chunk you put it in however you can upgrade it so it collects in more chunks.

Check out the video on Youtube here.

    Cosmetics:

We have many different cosmetics which include trails, wings and sprays. You can get access to more cosmetics through the store. You can check what cosmetics you have or can unlock by doing /cos.

Check out the video on Youtube here.

    Games:

We have 3 different gambling games you can risk your money on, these are played against other players and you could lose the money you put in or take it all. The 3 games are:

Rock Paper Scissors: This is just the normal game Rock Paper Scissors, you go against another player by choosing 1 of the 3 items, they will also choose 1 and whoever wins gets all the money but the game takes 10% of the money. You can check for games by doing /rps or create a game by doing /rps create (wager amount).

CoinFlip: CoinFlip as the name states is flipping a coin, both players have to choose heads or tails, whatever side the coin lands on is the person who wins. You can check for games by doing /cf or create a game by doing /cf create (wager amount).

Connect 4: Connect 4 is just like the normal game but done through a GUI, once you have started a game against another player you will take it in turns to choose a part of the GUI to put your piece. First person to get 4 of their pieces in a row wins. You can check for games by doing /c4 or create a game by doing /c4 create (wager amount).
